Headquartered in Fort Worth, TX, we operate a state of the art manufacturing campus with multiple plants totalling over 200,000 square foot including in-house engineering, robotic machining, state-of-the-art test cells, quality, service and repair. Meet the Team
Jason Nelms is a 26-year professional in both construction and manufacturing industries. Jason has expertise in oil and gas manufacturing, specializing in hydraulic frac pumps and flowline products. Jason’s successful career experience allows him to apply best practices from privately held and large multinational public companies, such as National Oilwell Varco, FMC Technologies, Gardner Denver, and 3M. While taking a people-first approach to leadership, Jason is also a volunteer who believes in giving back to his community and veterans. Jason is a proud Texan and an avid outdoorsman who passionately drives ESG initiatives throughout his organization. Jason has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from West Texas A&M University at Englar College of Business and a Master’s in Business Administration from Texas Tech University at Rawls College of Business.
Steve Burns is a seasoned manufacturing expert with over 31 years of experience. Steve has a great understanding of manufacturing methods specialized in Automotive and Oil and Gas manufacturing with heavy emphasis toward continuous improvement and “just in time” manufacturing. Steve is a devoted family man that has been married for 32 years and he and his wife have two children.
Jon is an experienced professional with over 28 years of dedicated work in the Oil and Gas Industry. Specializing in compliance, process development, and continuous improvement. With an accompanying diverse skill set of technical attributes in the forging, machining, and fabrication

Chase Tipton is a seasoned Oil and Gas specialist with over a decade of manufacturing experience within the hydraulic fracturing space. Chase started in the industry at a young age while working for his family’s oil and gas service company and eventually launched a successful operating company. After a successful exit, Chase focused on improving the functionality and performance of OEM equipment in the frac market. His practical working knowledge of hydraulic frac pumps, their operating environment, and the needs in the field make him a valued asset to clients the company alike. Chase is also certified in Data Analytics and holds a Level II MPI Certification.
Jim Birkmire’s expertise and experience in Supply Chain is unparalleled. After his exit from 9 years in the United States Marine Corp as an F-18 Mechanic, Jim returned to civilian-life with earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Aeronautics and a Minor in Aviation Safety. He then focused the next 13 years of his professional career in Aviation Manufacturing with companies such as GE Aircraft Engines and Dallas Airmotive. After his tenure in aviation, Jim brought the best practices of the Aerospace industry to the Oil and Gas industry and for the last decade has focused his efforts to improve supply chain practices. Jim has his Black Belt certification in Six Sigma. Jim has been married 11 years and he and his wife have two children.
Quint Partin is an international oil and gas sales professional with over 27 years of experience. Quint has worked with some of the largest OEMs in the space and has a reputation for technical expertise and honesty. His track record includes tenure with companies such as FMC, WSPM, and Gardner Denver and is a leader in sales production. Quint takes a “customer first” approach to sales and is key when developing market strategies and initiatives. When not working for his clients, Quint is a dedicated husband and father and loves spending time at his son’s sporting events or riding motorcycles.
